The Risen Christ: Given, Raised, & Received

On this Resurrection Sunday, Romans 4:24–25 reveals the heart of the gospel in just two verses: Jesus was given for our guilt, raised for our justification, and is received by faith alone. This Easter message calls us to lay down our self-righteous striving and rest in the finished work of Christ. In raising Jesus from the dead, God declared the payment for sin complete—and now, by faith, sinners are counted righteous and welcomed into peace with God.
